- PRPaul Riebenack5 days ago1.0I brought my truck in for an oil change. 2 days later we took the truck on a 4-Hour Drive for a small day trip. The truck started throwing trouble codes. It started running funny. I took a look at the engine and the technicians never put oil cap back on. I stopped at an auto parts place and the trouble codes that were thrown were from lack of internal crankcase pressure on my turbo diesel in my dodge. That was making the truck run bad. We check the oil and we pulled the dipstick in the oil is still a dark black color. I honestly believe the oil was never changed. There was oil that blew out all over the top of the engine and dripping off the bottom of the motor and suspension. I added a half quart of oil and put a new cap that I purchased on. It took about 20 minutes to driving for the engine to start running correctly. Meanwhile we had to turn back from our trip and take the vehicle back home because we are afraid that the problem wouldn't resolve itself. We were 2 hours into the trip. We drove 2 hours back home and cancelled our trip. A quick lube with Valvoline basically ruined a trip with my family. Not good at all. I have pictures of everything.

- GVGlenda VelezNov 6, 20255.0I went twice this week to both Valvoline in Lutz, FL. Service was exceptional. Staff were attentive, polite, helpful, and patient. They explained all and provided fantastic customer service. As an example, the cabin air filter had to be changed and they did not have it. I offered to buy it and bring it and to intlstall for a charge. They installed it and did not charge anything. Highly reccomend both locations.
