Built great estimate on 4 Michelins. The techs did a great job catching an issue with new rims I brought in to swap out before any major work began. Terrific experience! What a great team at the Land O Lakes/Lutz location. Would most certainly recommend.
- DJDavid James5 days ago5.0I brought my 2002 F150 in - it was running hot. Turns out it was the throttle body adapter that was broke and needed to be replaced. Ford no longer makes that part. None of the parts houses had the part. Armando went to 3 salvage yards to find the part and none of them had it either. They didn't charge me a penny for the diagnosis and seemed genuinely disappointed that they weren't able to help me. I highly recommend this shop - they operate with honesty and integrity.

- SASean AldermanDec 22, 20255.0I recently had a tire sensor fail on my truck, I thought I could change it myself and save money but ended up dropping the sensor inside the tire. This is a truck tire and very rigid so I stopped by Tire Kingdom for some help! I spoke to a young lady though, I don’t remember her name. I believe she was the service advisor, she was very knowledgeable and was willing to help me out. They removed the old sensor and replaced it with my new one for a very reasonable price. About 2 weeks later I had another different sensor go out so this time I went back with the other 3 sensors and Tire Kingdom replaced the sensors for me and rebalanced the remaining 3 tires. I Should have just came here from the get go! They could have charged me much more but they didn’t! They took care of the remaining 3 tires at the same great price as the first one! I highly recommend this store, and the young lady advisor who was so helpful!

At 3 PM I noticed a nail and my husband‘s tire before he went to work. I was able to make a 4 PM appointment same day. They were able to get me four brand new tires all by 5 PM. Tyler at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was probably the fastest service regarding tires I’ve ever had. They also were very kind to my children who had to tag along with me for this.
