After I picked the vehicle up, I noticed the tires had not been rotated and I was missing a hub cap screw from one of the wheel. This is the second time they have lost hubcap screws from my wheels. I brought the issue up with management, however they don't appear to think it's an issue. Don't take your vehicle to this place. These people don't know what they are doing !

Dianne met me out front and inspected my tire. She wrote a work order and had one of the guys working on my truck right away. I really appreciate how fast she took care of my situation. I do not know the name of the tech that did the work. He was great as well. I really appreciate the speed that he got the job done. Last but not least I had the pleasure of Xander checking all my tires to make sure they were the right pressure. I cannot recommend Tire Choice enough. Everyone working there has been awesome. Tire Choice is very lucky having such good employees. Best in the business as far as I am concerned! I only use Tire Choice for my truck!

Make sure you get all the details in writing of what their tire protection policy covers because they will tell you it covers everything, but it only covers swapping out the same exact time brand and tire model, even when they don’t have it in stock, you can’t use the protection place on any other tire…”we don’t have it in the store, but will have it Monday.” While it’s Saturday and it’s not safe to drive on a spare tire so we needed a tire asap. Instead of applying the $132 towards a new tire, nope, we had to pay full price of almost $300. And they wouldn’t give us anything off to compensate us on the loss of tire protection on the other tire. So…we lost out, but sadly, we won’t be going back.
