I managed to get my wheel off and take it over to Tire Choice, which fortunately was in the same shopping plaza as my disabled vehicle. The young lady at the counter very quickly provided me options to choose from. She was very amiable and professional. A technician was able to fix the wheel before I had time to finish a beer at the pub nearby. Tire Choice helped mitigate what could've been an unpleasant afternoon. Great job! Keep up the good work.

- DGDan GoodwinNov 27, 20251.0I took an unmounted tire to have it mounted and balanced. I selected Tire Choice because they have the “Hunter Road Force’ balancing machines. I picked up my tire later as Diane had promised. When I started to put the tire back on my truck, I noticed the old wheel weights were still in place and the new wheel weights were put on in a sloppy fashion and overloaded. I’ve owned a truck service In the past and also maintained our own Fleet of 20+ vehicles so I am Well-versed in tires and Balancing. I took the tire back and explained how the tire had been balanced Improperly and they took care of it immediately. The technician who worked on it previously, said it was the end of his shift and he was trying to get stuff done, but that is no excuse for shoddy workmanship. He rebalanced it, showed me it had passed on the screen, and put it back in my car. This time it only needed 1/3 of the weight that it had on previously. A little supervision out in the shop area would go a long ways. If I did not have my background in vehicles and transportation, the results would have been a poor experience once I started driving.
