  My young family and I were stranded on the highway with a blown out tire for over 4 hours. Tire Choice came up as an option for us to tow to. They called me multiple times to check in on us and showed so much care. Alexis was ready to send a tech to us but we were not on a safe part of the road. I car got towed to their establishment after hours and they took care of us the next day right away. Everyone was so friendly, supportive, and considerate of our situation. Highly recommend

  I had a chance to work with John Anderson his level of knowledge of muscle cars was extremely helpful. He helped me make the right choice of tire for my muscle car. He was extremely above board and professional. I also enjoyed working with Alexis in the front office. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. I also worked with Xander, and Diane. They were also very helpful and friendly.

  Came for oil change and new battery. Left the shop and my car stalled smoked and wont drive now. Pop the hood, my coolant tank is BONE DRY. Not acceptable. Yet the itemized hill claims there was new fluid put in. How does this get fogotten!? I had a Fantastic lexus GS300, NEVER had a problem until these clows got under her. Not to mention sent me away in my car KNOWING it didnt work properly leaving me to stall out in 60mph traffic. Lucky I didnt get killed. Now they want more money to "see whats wrong" dont go here.

  I went to Tire Choice to have an aftermarket 2” lift spacer installed on my front struts, and I also had the struts replaced at the same time. When I picked up my vehicle, everything looked good and drove fine at first. After driving to Orlando and then South Carolina, I noticed something still didn’t feel right. After doing some research, I realized the spacers had been installed incorrectly. Since the parts were aftermarket and didn’t come with clear instructions, I understand how the mistake happened. I brought the vehicle back in and explained the issue. The manager, Xander, immediately took responsibility and assured me they would fix it as soon as possible. They got a technician working on it right away, and John, the tech, even stayed late to make sure the job was done because they knew I needed my vehicle back for work. That level of dedication and customer care really stood out to me. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds is what matters most. Tire Choice handled this the right way, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making it right. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to others.
