  The shop was well staffed, and I was greeted right away with a friendly attitude. Everything looked clean and organized, and even the bathroom was spotless, which says a lot about how they run the place. The staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on. Instead of just telling me there was a problem and expecting me to trust them, they actually showed me the issue and helped me understand it. They answered my questions without rushing me and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Overall, the service was professional, honest, and positive from start to finish. It’s not easy to find a place that treats customers with respect and takes pride in their work, but this shop definitely does. I’m absolutely going back to address this issue found and any other future maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and a clean, well-run business.

  The team at Mavis is totally professional and knowledgeable. They performed a wheel alignment on my 1968 Camaro which was not easy since I have a modified suspension. They did a great job!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Lutz. They repaired my wheel bearings and did an excellent job. The team was very friendly, and David took the time to explain the whole process to me in a way that I could actually understand. I really appreciated that they didn’t just fix the problem but made sure I knew what was being done and why. The price was also very reasonable. I felt comfortable and confident leaving my car in their hands. I highly recommend them!

  This location is the best! They are honest and very knowledgeable. As a single mom, I sincerely appreciated their full transparency on pricing and what work was really needed for my car. They were so great - I came back for my oil change!! I will be coming here for my regular maintenance. If you are looking for honest service - this is the place to come.

  I went in for a VCM battery replacement, but they mistakenly replaced the auxiliary battery instead. Then they made me wait while they reversed the mistake and processed a refund — a complete waste of time. As if that wasn’t enough, something they did caused my infotainment system to stop working, showing the error in my attachment. During the brake inspection, they also failed to properly tighten one of the tire bolts, leaving it loose. I had to go back again, losing half a day in the process. They should definitely keep a strong technical receptionist add a strong technical manager. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Their skills seem limited to basic tire replacement; for anything beyond that, go to an authorized service center.
