  DO NOT GO HERE. Very bad and unprofessional work. Paint peels off, they do not seal correctly. The windows are scratched. Multiple dents. Very bad workmanship.

  The staff at Gerber was very helpful throughout the repair process. They even completed the repairs days ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this shop!

  Steve Caracappa has horrible customer service skills. I was sent there by my insurance company after being rear-ended. The female receptionist was polite and friendly. After looking at the outside of my vehicle, Steve explained that I would need to go to a mechanic (at a different location) for the issue I was having underneath the car. He then proceeded to tell me they handled collision and glass repairs while he was gracious enough to point to Gerber's company sign. If you are a female and looking for a place that has an employee that is rude, gives you misinformation, makes false accusations on your actions and tells you that you were wrong because you weren't paying attention then ask for Steve Caracappa. He won't let you down!
