All of the guys behind the counter were rude and blamed us for being late to the reservation. We have rented with enterprise over 50 times and this is how they treat us.

Returned it with 3/4 tank and was told I was short based on their bluetooth device. Looking now at my paperwork they listed initial tank with 26 gallons which is 86 percent full, even though the gauge was slightly over half, implying around 18 gallons. So either their device was faulty or its designed to create additional charges. Im platinum enterprise and they did waive the fee after I impolitely explained my feelings on their math. Avoid this branch.
- DDDapadFeb 22, 20264.0Cars are ok. Cars could be a little cleaner compared to as I've seen when renting at National. Also they could staff better on Saturdays as it took awhile just to return a car due to the amount of customers. Location was convenient instead of going to airport for the rental.

Told us they try to call us the day before. Even if they called the day before, we would not have a chance to book elsewhere.
