Mr. Sanders worked quickly and efficiently to solve my issue as well as 3 other patrons. Most importantly Mr. Sanders saw that i was having a bad day. He took the time to speak to me in an empathetic manner which at that time was quite helpful and uplifting. Mr. Sanders should be commended for his actions that day. He brings great credit to the AutoZone Franchise as well as himself. He is exemplary employee who deserves high praise for the manner in which he represents the company and himself. He should be recognized for humanitarianism, empathy and leadership.
