  Had to change out my battery. The staff was very helpful in assisting me with choosing which battery was best for my car and budget. The store manager, JD, installed my battery for me super fast. The whole thing took less than thirty minutes. Would highly recommend this store (1209)

  I had an amazing experience thanks to Christian! I stopped in to purchase coolant for my A/C, and he didn’t just ring me up — he took the time to walk me through the entire process step by step so I felt confident putting it into my car myself. While we were outside, he noticed a strange noise coming from my vehicle. Without me even asking, he offered to run a diagnostic and explained exactly what part I should have checked. That level of attentiveness and initiative truly stood out. Christian went above and beyond to help me, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate the exceptional service!

  I would give them 10 stars if I could! This Auto Zone is always great but today, they were especially helpful. Christian was waiting to greet me at the door before I even got out of my car. I asked about checking the battery on my daughter’s car and he said he would not only check it, but he would also install a new battery free of charge. He was very helpful the entire time we were there. That was exceptional customer service and I am very thankful for it!

  The lady that answered my calls today is not friendly, she’s rude actually. The business could have made money from me if she wasn’t rude, I understand maybe they are busy but be professional. The company hire her is to take of their business not turn customers away and bring bad impression. I hate to put this kind of review but her behavior was not acceptable. When I said maybe I’ll come some other time, she just hung up right away. Not a good business practice, that’s my opinion.
