I had an exceptional experience at AutoZone, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Cannon, Jessie, and Anthony. All three of them worked together and tried so hard to help me, and it truly showed from start to finish.
I am 63 years old, and unfortunately it’s not uncommon for people to rush past you, dismiss you, or make you feel like a burden when you need help. That could not have been further from my experience here. Cannon, Jessie, and Anthony were patient, respectful, and fully engaged the entire time. They ran diagnostics, explained what was going on with my car in a way that was clear and easy to understand, and took the time to recommend what I should do next instead of just handing me information and moving on.
All three of them stayed past closing time without hesitation, continuing to troubleshoot and making sure I felt confident that my car would make it home safely. When my car wouldn’t start, they immediately stepped in to help and made sure I wasn’t left stranded. Not once did they make me feel rushed, dismissed, or like I was inconveniencing them.
What stood out most was their genuine care. They weren’t just doing a job — they were kind, attentive, and truly focused on helping me. I have honestly never had such a positive experience at an auto parts store, and it meant more to me than they probably realize.
Cannon, Jessie, and Anthony are a credit to their team, and AutoZone is very lucky to have all three of them.
