  We had an annoying “rattle” in our 2016 Lexus. We tried elsewhere and were told “everything is fine”. We rattled home, researched and found Joe’s. What was great was the ability to either describe or video the issue. We did and they pinpointed the source easily and had us quietly finished in the same day. What a great use of technology and taking the little extra time to learn about the cars versus just plugging in a device to check codes. Very thankful we found Joe’s!

  I had a new front and rear suspension installed on my 2013 Chevy. The entire process was exceptional and painless. Tiffany is very organized and explained the pricing clearly before starting the work. Joe was there answering any questions I had about the installation. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

  Fantastic service! Tiffany is a total rockstar. They quickly diagnosed the main issues, offered helpful suggestions, and never pressured me into extra work. I’m juggling care for an ill, homebound family member, working full‑time, and helping with my grandchild, so getting my car back fast really mattered. They listened, communicated clearly, and got everything done quickly. Highly recommend!

  Really solid experience at Joe’s Automotive Repair. From the moment I got there, the team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They communicated clearly about what was going on with my car and explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. The service was completed quicker than I expected, and the whole process felt smooth and well-organized from start to finish. Pricing also felt fair and transparent, with no pressure or surprises. It’s not always easy to find an auto shop you feel comfortable trusting, but this is definitely one I’d feel confident coming back to and recommending to others. Great overall experience.
