  If you enjoy sitting on hold forever, getting ignored, and being treated like your time doesn’t matter, then this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location is perfect for you. Their whole “we’ll pick you up” slogan is a joke. They’ll answer the phone (after leaving you on hold for 15-20 minutes), act like they can’t pick you up, then agree to it and then never show up to pick you up after they took down your address and told you they would be there in 15 minutes. When you finally do get the car, don’t expect much. Mine had an absurd number of miles for a rental and was overdue for an oil change which tells you everything you need to know about how they run this place. Returning the car was just as bad. I brought it back at 4:00 PM and was told they were “too busy” to give me a ride back and I lived too far even though I’ve been renting from this location and getting pickups and drop offs for the past 7 years. They close at 6 btw. They said ohhh we can only give you a ride back to a body shop or something of the sort. So apparently they’re only committed to service when it’s convenient for them. Customer service across the board was terrible, unresponsive, unreliable, and clearly overwhelmed or just indifferent. This location has completely gone downhill. If you value your time, reliability, or basic customer service, go somewhere else.

  This past weekend, my husband and I rented a Honda Odyssey from the Enterprise- Longwood location. As an Enterprise Plus Member, my expectations were already high. That said, Oneal and his team were very professional and pleasant (despite it being 8:30 am). Staff went above and beyond to meet our car rental needs and satisfy us as customers. Upon the return of the rental, once again, staff was "on point" with an organized and efficient pickup and drop off process. The staff was also courteous and welcoming (inside and outside). They respected our time, as we didn't spend more than 15- 20 minutes to either complete the pickup or drop off process. Thank you for a pleasant car rental experience as we were about to begin our Spring Break road trip. If possible, we will definitely rebook our next car rental reservation at this location.

  was on hold for 45 minutes before being hung up on. second time today i’d been on hold for over a half hour.

  Fast and easy place to rent a vehicle! Thank you to Oneal for being very kind and attentive to my family and I! I highly recommend this location!
