Oil changes are not cheap so yes i expected that .They seemed rushed and didn't care. Was definitely not the normal experience I always have.

The crew was a great team and I could not be happier!! They scanned my coupon in my phone knocked of some of the price!! I honestly returned to this location because several months ago I had engine trouble with this vehicle! It was a GMC issue and the truck needed to be towed… The wait was going to be 2 hours for the tow truck.. The team at Valvoline offered me an Air conditionined waiting room to use and one tech offered to grab me a cold drink from the market across the street!! A very kind offer! Your team secured a customer for life so now when I need basic fluids and services your shop is where I go 1st!! 👍
