  My car was having trouble going into gear. I stopped by later in the afternoon even though I’m skeptical of chain auto shops. Everyone on the team was so helpful and extremely nice. They explained what happened and what they did to fix it and got my car back to normal! Based on other reviews I’ve read it seems John (new manager) is getting this shop and the crew in tip top shape. 10/10 service!!

  I came to this tire center in an urgency on a Sunday, due to a large screw puncturing and sticking to my tire. I was met with top of the line customer support and a (A+++) service. Shawn was super diligent and provided me with an accurate assessment on my tire situation and the recommendations to fix the problem, he was super polite, supportive and professional, treating me with respect and transparency, always referring to me with with respect as (Mr. Montalvo), he answered all my questions regarding my vehicle needs and provided me with great opportunities for services according to my financial needs. Thanks for the excellent experience and one of a kind treatment. I am eternally grateful to have found this places and it was excellent to meet the staff that works there. To Shawn, Josh and the tech that worked on my vehicle thank you so much for your professionalism and excellence on the work you do. I will most definitely be listing this shop as my go to for my car needs, and you bet my friends and fam will do too! Thank you!

  The staff was completely transparent and informative. Did not feel like your regular service center where you are being sold on a service. I felt like I was being taken care of in such a professional manner. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to visit this location. Sean and John have a great crew.

  Once again, this location has not let me down. I never have to worry about being overcharged, or told something is broke. When it's not, they take good care of us Women, even though they don't always understand the description, we're giving them. I feel comfortable with sending my daughter or my grandchildren there.And they'll get a honest, good estimate and repair. In case I did this whole review thing wrong. This is for the 805 sr 434 Longwood location. Mr. John and his Team

  Whether I’m justified in thinking this way or not, I’ve always been wary of sending my significant other to auto shops without me out of fear of her getting taken advantage of. I am glad to say this was NOT our experience at this Tire Kingdom AT ALL! From the first minute we called, Sean was attentive, polite, and most importantly excited to help us out! He got us in for an appointment extremely soon and since I couldn’t be there with my fiancée, he took extremely good care of her during the process. Sean got us great pricing on 4 new tires, checked in with my fiancée multiple times during the installation process, and overall just made her feel very well taken care of! I can’t remember the last time my car felt so smooth when driving! Thank you Sean and we will definitely be coming back 😁
