Nate and Zack were very helpful with getting my appointment started right away and checking the alignment on my car as well as giving me some information on the services that are available. This location is under New Management and I think they are very upfront about things and friendly. This will be my new hub for tires and oil change services.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! LOST STORY ALERT.
Absolutely awful experience here. I had my own mechanic change out the front end of my vehicle and brakes recently. The car had no noises in the tires when I drove it after, just needed to change out the old tires. I took it to tire kingdom to get new tires and the alignment and balance done. I also asked them to inspect the vehicle to make sure everything was good.
I get the vehicle back and my Wife tells me that she hears a noise in the right front tire she has never heard before. It was concerning but wasn’t too sure what it was. The day after that, the vehicle’s engine started to shake violently and had trouble starting. I contacted Tire Kingdom about it and they said it sounded like a transmission issue and needed to take it somewhere else. I ended up bringing it to a different shop because I realized it was the spark plugs and coil rings that went bad. I am not sure if Tire Kingdom handles that when they inspect vehicles but I would guess that they would notice something going bad or even suggest It needed a tune up and inform me about it before giving me back the vehicle.
That same day, the noise in the tire continued to get louder and I decided to bring the car back to tire kingdom the very next day.
I had to leave the state that day and needed the tire of the vehicle to be fixed asap. The manager on duty on 1/31/26 told me that whoever worked on my brakes did a bad job and placed zip ties on some components and also placed the brake line in front of rotor and that’s what was causing the noise and he showed me the brake line and it was cut. While telling me this he and the other guys had a smirk on their faces.
It was supposed to be a fix based on the warranty but now i had to end up coughing up another $200+ for a new brake line after initially paying about $900+ for the tires changing a few days prior. My issue is this, the initial mechanic from tire kingdom that first put on the new tires a few days before, why didn’t he notice the all of these supposed issues that my previous mechanic allegedly created? When he took off the tires to replace them, he should have seen all of these issues, especially after I asked for them to do an inspection to make sure everything was okay.
So the issue with the noise in the tire was fixed and i confirmed it after a test drive in the local area. Later that day i take the car on the highway and at higher speeds and I feel a bunch of strong vibrations in the driver’s side front tire. I ended up bringing it to the toyota dealership and had them run a full diagnostic. They said that all 4 rims were bent and that what was causing the issue and whoever I had change the tires should have noticed that. The TPMS sensor blew as well.
I go back to tire kingdom to talk to the manager about it. He’s going back and forth with me about it all and i’m telling him that they are the professionals and should have noticed the rim being bent. He stated that they would only notice it if they were doing a balance of the tires and I said to him that’s exactly what I had them do and paid for, so why didn’t they notice it the first time? He had no real good answer for that, he just wanted to make sure tire kingdom wasn’t the blame and it was my fault it seemed.
It was very frustrating dealing with this guy and this company, I asked for a refund on the service done since they missed all of the important things and he stated that he couldn’t give me one. I’m not sure how to even get a refund from these crooked mechanics because it’s like its always their word against yours.
So i ended up leaving. Be careful with these guys, they seem like dishonest people. I cannot prove anything fully but I do know my vehicle was doing much better before i brought it to them. I will no longer be a customer with them. I believe they are intentionally messing with people’s vehicles to have them come back and pay for more. If i could give them 0 stars I would. The prices aren’t reasonable at all either.
