During the installation, the wiring was routed incorrectly, which resulted in a short that damaged the truck’s self-driving module. When I contacted the installer, they refused to take responsibility or cover the damage. I was then forced to have the vehicle towed to Toyota for diagnosis and repair. To make matters worse, they suggested I should bring the truck back to them so they could fix the issue themselves—despite the fact that their original workmanship caused the failure. Given that their error already resulted in damage to a critical system, it is unreasonable to expect me to trust them with further repairs and risk additional damage.

Out of a dozen cars and SUV’S that I have Tinted over the years I never came close to the results that Tinted World provided. I think that there price was beautiful also. The installer was Jason and not only was he a great person but an excellent technician. He worked very cleanly and left the car in pristine condition. For the first time I was honest with my needs and they were both helpful with keeping me legal. It was a beautiful ride home on a day when the sun was blazing. 70% windshield and 30% all the way through. No good, excellent. I bought their best stuff. Very grateful and my wife is thrilled so now you know they also perform miracles. Just kidding. Lol.

Jose was very helpful and attentive. I am a tint guy who recently relocated to Florida from Ohio. Jose educated me on the different levels of tint and gave suggestions on what level to get. He explained it so well that he even sold my wife who said I should even go a level higher than what I originally chose. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. They did an awesome job and the price was very reasonable. They also provided a lifetime warranty. I am very satisfied with how professional they were. I would definitely recommend and will use them again for future services.
