The gentleman that showed up was impaired and blabbing on about things that did not concern me.. he was there to do a job and he screwed it up.. in the end Patricia over at the customer service department for intoxalock was able to help me get this issue resolved with my girlfriend's car and she did it at an expedited Pace.. for that, I give them three stars only because of her excellence in communication and productivity.. as far as the installers that are subcontracted to this company, I would highly advise making sure they know what they are doing.. I know it is hard to control this ,butt the way That the company was handling it that did the install was completely unprofessional and wouldn't recommend them to anybody. They are located out of Longwood, Florida.. I revised my review because of Patricia. Nothing else!!!!
