I thought not only was my car totaled, but if it was repairable, it wouldn't be finished in time. Reggie moved this along so quickly, worked with all the insurance companies involved and kept me updated every step of the way. I felt like I had the best person in my corner. If anyone from the corporate office reads this - please give Reggie all the praise and raises he deserves.
- AAAmberNov 29, 20251.0Took 20 days for a an approximately 12 hour repair. Adam lied 5 times to me about when my suv would be ready for pick up. Adam even told me their worker called out for a family emergency which was delaying my repair and costing me more money for the rental car. To follow picking up my suv the paint job was poor and wrong color. Paint has ripples and may in smooth edges. They put rainbow sparkle in the paint when it was black with gold sparkle(paint code was also located in side the door panel). Paint overspray all over the windshield, hood and front light covers. They also didn’t connect the window motor after they replaced the entire door. Left my car filthy with white power dust all inside. To follow someone tampered with my break clip and put it upside down. Awful place! I definitely don’t recommend them!
