  If i could rate this less than one star I would. They are a bunch of criminals. After I called the company and asked about returning our rental I was told to leave it at the collision center my car was at on 2/5. Enterprise then loses track of the car for over a week. It is now 2/17, After finding said car I'm now being charged a $250 dollar cleaning fee for the dog I supposedly had in the car. I never had a dog in the car. After calling to dispute the charges I was hung up on and now they won't return my calls. DON'T do business with these people. Charge back in progress and I'm currently making a complaint to the BBB.

  Aside from EXTREMELY long hold times when calling…Once you are actually able to speak to a representative in the office the customer service is top tier. I recently called to ask where I could send a positive review for the representative I had been working with as I was impressed with his care and professionalism during a significantly stressful time for myself and my family due to loss of our vehicle and other stressors. After near 25 minutes on hold to do so…I gave up.

  I truly appreciate the service I received at this Enterprise location. I could tell they were short staff, but they still provided timely and friendly service. My wait time was short, considering the team was short staffed. The staff was friendly given said pressure. They were also kind enough to let me keep my car on their lot because I did not know I could not keep my car there. Truly appreciated the accommodations. Returning the car was also simple.
