She instantly checked to make sure the batter was dead and changed it out in about 15 mins. At one point the reader was saying the starter might he going as well but she took the time to run the test again after she changed the batter out. Turns out the starter was good after the battery change. She also talked to us about different deals that would help with the cost of certain things. There was no pressure to buy at the time. Instead Tara printed out the items we were interested in for the future. She deserves a raise!!!! Go Tara.
