  We just entered Florida and found at the Welcome Center three of our tires were bulging on our camper, pulled in to Loves and they told us about Mavis! Melissa greeted us and got us set up to replace all four tires! She is amazing and so friendly! I don’t remember the names or the guys who put the tires on but I would like to thank them all! Everyone here turned what could have been a bad vacation into an amazing one! Thank you so much!

  This place just saved our day. We got a flat tire 25 min away on the interstate, with a dog and a baby, while on a road trip. From the moment I called through the service, the staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. We were in an out in no time also. Would definitely recommend this shop!

  Prices are expensive and long waits . Lake city Tires discount charge me half of what they were charging me here. Set up an appointment through the phone, thinking it will be respected, when I arrived 3-4 walk in cars where ahead of me, the guy in front desk told me they were busy and I was giving the option of waiting between 2-3 hours. What a waste of time, if I should have know it was first come first serve I should have been in early and take advantage of time.

  BEWARE ..Booked a appointment and online the 2 tires I was told to put on the car. The amount was around a 150.00 for two, the tire size was no where to be found just the tire I was suppose to install. Long story short 140.00 for one tire was the amount. Never see me or my friends or family again. BEWARE

  It's not everyday you meet an angel much less 3 of them, while driving on 10 headed to Amelia Island my car started riding super ruff. Pulled off the interstate in live oak and saw mavis on the right. It was raining and they were bout to close. Two fellas named Greg and Shaun came out and looked at my car. They took it in and came back to me with the worst news, 3 tires had separated and were bout 15 years old. Without putting my personal life out there just let me say it's been a horrible year and the worst week of my life. I had 50 bucks to my name and there was no way I was gonna make another 3hours on the interstate to get home. Shaun came and told me they worked me out a deal one tire 105 out the door. I reminded him I only had 50 to my name. They were like ma'am there isn't nothing we can do. I understood completely, I stood there tears rolling down my face when I met Melissa the store manager, she grabbed me and told me she was so sorry and idk why but I needed that hug at that moment so bad. My week was really bad. Shaun came back to me and told me they were gonna fix my tire for me. At least then I knew I had a chance at getting home, time passed and he came back and told me that he had told me a little white lie and I thought to myself oh no then he said we aren't gonna be able to fix the one tire ma'am we are putting you 4 new tires on your car and we will have u outta here in bout a half an hour. I cried even more because the kindness and love that these strangers bestowed upon me will never be forgotten. Greg, Shaun and Melissa thank you so much for your kindness. Mavis tire and brakes will always have my business from here on out and they deserve yours too. You guys rock and I thank God for putting you in my path. My car rides great now and the precious cargo that rides in it is safe once again thanks to you guys.
