- DADalton Albritton3 days ago1.0How do I put 0 stars they all suck at their jobs the store manager doesn’t know how to run a business unless it’s into the ground the service manager will make excuse after excuse about how they didn’t mess up a vehicle when in fact everyone I have talked to about Mavis has something bad to say. I 100% do not recommend taking your car here if you do they will make it worse charge you for repairs and put the blame on someone else. I would rather let my car fix itself before ever taking it back to Mavis. Staff very unprofessional about what they do all around very terrible.

Melissa had the truck in the shop only a minute after we got into the office and had the truck tire repaired and ready to get back on road in a jiff. Having an emergency tire situation typically isn’t very fun but Melissa was very enjoyable to talk with for the little bit we had to wait.

They were amazing and gave all the information I needed including informing me that if it wasn't just the valve stem, they could help replace the tire, but that until the tire was fixed, they couldn't put it on for me. Even changed the tire back out for me at no extra charge! Will definitely be coming back for future repairs.
