  I came in to the mavis tires and brakes for a left back tire split .. soon as I arrived instantly got to work repaired me in the matter of 45 minutes or less great staff Greg and Melissa went above and beyond great greeting and keep me updated every second made sure I knew what’s need and what’s not

  I had an appointment for Saturday November 15 at 12pm, I got there about 11:15 and checked in fine. Waited until about 12 before they told me my car would be next. By 12:30 nothing had happened yet, and finally at 12:45 I watched them pull in 2 cars that arrived after me! When I went to the front desk to ask to retrieve my keys they shrugged their shoulders as if they did not care. Never once asked if there was an issue or why I was requesting my keys before the service was done. Disappointing way to do business! Would rather go to Walmart

  I went to Walmart too get 2 new tires. 1 of the 2 tires I needed to replace and the bad tire, they told me they could not take it off. Due to the lug nut. I had too bring the new tire to Mavis and didn't know if they could get my tire off. Gregg from Mavis came out, looked the lug nut and said they could help no problem. The tire Tech Daniel got it off less than 2 minutes. He is great. Gregg went out of his way to get me new lug nut. Melissa the manager is the best manager I have ever seen. These people are kind and an amazing staff. The owner should give every staff member at the Live Oak a raise. I will always come here. My advice stay away from Walmart.

  Outstanding Service at Mavis Tire – Live Oak I stopped by Mavis Tire in Live Oak to have a tire checked for a slow leak. Even though the shop was clearly busy, the team didn’t hesitate to fit me in. Management runs that place like a well-oiled machine — organized, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. They diagnosed what seemed to be either a faulty stem or a broken seal and had me in and out in under 15 minutes. The entire crew worked seamlessly together, showing great communication and professionalism. It’s rare to see a shop balance high volume with such personal attention, but this location does it perfectly. Big thanks to the management and team for keeping things running smoothly and taking care of customers the right way. Highly recommend this Mavis Tire to anyone in the area!
