- DFDanielle friesOct 9, 20255.0i'm not good at speaking car i struggle trying to find the correct words to convey what i need from an auto parts store. i googled what i needed practiced and thanks to the very big signage they have no the front of the building i was able to verbalize about how i needed my check engine light diagnosed. the employees were super helpful and even though i had to wait a minute as they were using the tool on another car helping another customer i'm super patient anyway and i was so happy that they didn't forget i was outside waiting. dude totally apologized for making me wait i was totally chill got the car diagnosed and printed out and was on my way. Unfortunately, my car is super old so the problem its having is beyond a simple fix. but I'm put at ease knowing its ok to drive. but this auto zone is always awesome and every employee I've ever delt with there has been super awesome just want to say thank you!
