  Actually the worst place ever. I made an appointment two days ago and they canceled it on me as soon as I got there. Express Oil Change is much better-They took me in even though they were closing in five minutes. Definitely go there instead.

  Call center is a joke. Showed up and minimum an hour before they will even look at car. I need tires should be 1 hour max. No call to discuss cost or anything as promised when making appointment.

  Daughter’s car recently received a simple oil change but upon completion I was told battery had died. I questioned this assessment esp when the gentleman said it just seemingly died. It was them shared they could replace the battery for 275$ which was insanely expensive because just across street at AutoZone I could get a battery for 150$. Daughter has been driving her car for several days now with no indicator that battery was dead or depleted. I will NOT be back to this shop ever!

  Absolutely the worst customer care I have experienced at this store. Came in for an oil change and rotation, the tech beat my oil drain plug out as it seems he didn’t know how to fit the right socket to safely remove it. Not only did I have to source the correct drain plug, but had to go and get it myself and pay for it. After services my vehicle now is loosing oil psi at idle and seems to have the wrong filter an oil in the engine potentially causing this. My vehicle had to be towed to the dealer and now without a truck.
