  Three times I visited this place within the past month, only to get another excuse. This time, it's now that they don't possess a $160 specialty tool that the manager googled. PATHETIC

  Very responsive! Andrew and the technicians work very hard to provide a great service. Twice they reacted on short notice to have my Suburban safe to drive. Very pleased!

  I love the convenience of this location to my work so my truck can sit there and be worked on without me taking a day without a car. It has worked out great in previous visits. However my most recent in February 2025; my truck was dropped off upon opening at 7:30am for tire rotation and general inspection. I went to leave work at 3:30 and had not heard from them so I reached out they said my truck was just finishing up and will be ready in 10 minutes. I arrive by 4pm. Find out I need coolant and power steering and flushes. Of course I’m not staying any later (there was no ask of me to do it that nor was I going to). But I really wish communication could have happened much earlier in the day because I would have had them do those items while it sat in a shop all day. Now I need to find another shop and either arrange rides or sit and wait who knows how long. Very disappointed that they didn’t call early enough to then do the job and they would have had the money from the job. Another mechanic will now instead.
