  We have been getting oil changes at Valvoline facilities for years. In MD, Delaware and now here in Florida since we recently relocated. I watched as the manager of this facility was training a new employee. Watching and listening to him as he was training was phenomenal. He was patient, kind but still very clear of what the expectations were at this facility. The owner of this facility needs to know and reach out and personally thank this man and give him a bonus. If I owned a business this man would be the one I would want to be taking care of it for me.
