Horrible customer service experience. I bought a used car back in October '25. As part of the purchase they agreed to replace a cracked windshield at no cost to me. It took months, I called a number of times, each time they said they would schedule and call me back. Weeks would go by with no call back. Finally at the end of January, one of the managers called back, apologized and promised to schedule the repair and offered to give me a full tank of gas for my troubles. Then 2 weeks again went by with nothing scheduled. Again in Feb '26 I called, finally scheduled and repaired, before arriving spoke with them about the tank of gas. When the job was finished at the dealer, spoke again with Ron about the tank of gas, he just kind of blew me off and said "oh that guy left" and sorry you'll have to come back. Very much a "not my problem" attitude. 1 star because the initial deal was decent and I like the car purchased. Otherwise won't go back.

Bad customer service, very disappointed

I went 2 weeks ago to Phil Smith Mitsubishi for service, and was impressed with the incredible customer service. Christian went out of his way to way. Everyone in the building was welcoming and smiled. I returned today and found out that Mitsubishi service is now next door, at Phil Smith Kia. The attitude is different and completely opposite to how the Mitsubishi people were. After getting the estimate a lot of attitude, I told them that I no longer needed service there and would start using the other nearby Mitsubishi dealer, Gunther. Textbook definition of how to lose a customer in 5 minutes.
