  The group this Sunday was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. They gave us all the information in detail and without rushing. I had been to the store on other occasions, but honestly today the service was 10/10.

  I have only one mild complaint about Tire Choice, and that is that they don’t really take appointments. I called to get my tire fixed, and they told me I had an appointment at 10 am - I arrived a little early told the person at the desk I had a 10 am appointment, and was informed they don’t really take appointments, that it’s first come first serve and that I was now in the queue. I’m actually fine with that, but I would suggest they clarify that with folks when they call to set an appointment so it’s not a surprise when we get there. Otherwise they did a great job on the tire - their prices are very reasonable, and I may well go back there to have my brakes done.

  Shannon was amazing, took great of me and was very empathetic during a stressful time when my car broke down. Great customer service, would definitely use them in the future even they’re 45 mins away.

  These people are absolute crooks. I brought in my tire that is damaged. I told them can they please put my spare tire on I am ordering tires and will bring them back to get them put on. They told me yes no problem it will be a long wait. I left my car there mind you I’m working and I have my two year old with me. I take an uber home 2 hours later I get an unempathetic call from The manager basically telling me they can’t put the spare on. Not solution oriented not caring no customer service. I told the guy listen no one checked my spare or told me this before I left. And he did not care. Instead of telling me what he could do for me as a customer he was rude and uncaring. I told him if I get in an accident after this I’m suing tirechoice. This is extremely negligent and harmful customer service they should have checked my spare and ensured they could do the job now they are sending me back on the road with an extremely damaged tire.
