After an hour and 20 I go ask and they haven't even started it. No apology, no offer of a discount just an offer to reschedule. I already made an appointment with a different shop. As a former mechanic i get delays happen, but at least have the decency to say "hey the vehicle before you is taking longer than expected. Do you want to keep waiting or reschedule?" I would have been picked up and came back for it if there was any transparency.

Alvin helped me every step of the way. The thing I liked the most about my experience was that I initially thought I needed brakes and rotors on both axles, but after a thorough inspection by the guys at Tuffy, they informed me my vehicle was in excellent health and only required brakes on one axle. They COULD have played me for a sucker and charged me for both, but they were honest and dependable l. They’ve won me and my family as customers for life. Try them out for yourself! I certainly was NOT disappointed!
