  Very bad experience. I have taken my vehicle three times to get an alignment. It comes out fine, but after about 5 miles it goes out of alignment again. Not satisfied at all. The first time in 2020 the work was done very well

  Called and made an apt which was for same day and the man was very nice on the phone. Arrived on time for my appointment, the general manager, Quise, was messing around on the computer and my husband and I stood there without being acknowledged. We waited and after a few minutes my husband initiated the conversation. Quise answered him with an almost whisper one word response. My husband then gave another piece of information about the car and the employee had to ask him what he said as he wasn’t paying attention. If he was busy he could have asked for us to give him a minute instead of just ignoring us as we stood there. He then told us we would have to wait since there were cars ahead of us. No problem we left and was told we would get a call when the car was done. After 4 hours, it was just a balance of the 2 front tires, I called and asked if it was done. The employee said yeah they tried to call but we gave an incorrect number. When picking up the same employee once again did not acknowledge our existence. He said tap your card and handed us our invoice and we left. The work was done correctly but customer service could be better. When I checked my phone number it was correct on the paper so he must have called an incorrect number.

  I been going to tire choice for a couple years now, great company but this exact location I couldn’t be more happier to have visited. Great people, very friendly, very helpful and GREAT WORK. they’ve helped me out tremendously and this will now be my primary tire choice location. Highly recommend you visit and let them take care of your cars needs.

  The manager and staff at this location always is straight up and straight forward to the customers. About the severity of the issues and what steps need to be taken and or how emergent the problem is. They also make sure they can acquire the parts in a timely manner before they say how long it will take to be completed. I frequent this location with both my vehicles when it comes to brakes and tires and any other problems.

  I went to this establishment to repair a punctured tire on my truck. I personally handed my key to the manager, Mr. Marquise Smith. While he was driving my vehicle into the workshop, I clearly heard a loud impact. I was never informed that any incident had occurred. They completed the service, charged me, and returned my keys without mentioning anything. When I got back into my truck, I immediately noticed the damage caused by that impact. I went back inside to address the issue, but they denied responsibility and claimed they did not know anything about it. They also told me they do not have security cameras and that I could call the police if I wanted to. It is completely unacceptable for a business to damage a customer’s vehicle and then refuse to take responsibility. This shows a lack of professionalism and transparency. I do not recommend this place.
