At the top left corner, even though the machine only scans the barcode and anywhere else will accept it and any other machine on planet earth will read it! I'm definitely reporting this location to the lottery office. First thing tomorrow, I'm calling to let them know what you guys did. It's very illegal. You can lose your lottery license!

Maria, who works the night shift, was a rude, disrespectful, person, who needs some serious re-training, or to find a new career path that doesn't involve customer interaction. *Edit* 7/9/25 Spoke with co-manager, Evans, at this location, who apologized for the conduct of the employee in question. Manager was very polite and respectful, and made every effort to rectify the incident. Also heard from owner, who was also very pleasant and professional. Every place has a few bad apples, so I will not hold the entire location in bad light due to this one bad employee.
