I went in for an oil change. While the service itself was very fast and the oil change was done properly, the customer service was extremely poor.
When I arrived, I got out of my car and was told to open the hood, but no one explained the process or where I was supposed to wait. One employee stood in front of me without saying anything, did not make eye contact, and I had to ask what I was supposed to do. I asked if I could sit inside, and she said yes, but again with no explanation.
Once inside, no one gave me any information. I had to ask about everything, including when and how to pay. Later, another employee came in and asked for my information, but instead of speaking directly to me, she spoke to her coworker so the coworker could relay the information to me. There was no eye contact, and when she took my ID, she threw it onto the counter, which felt very disrespectful.
There was little to no communication, and the attitude was rude and unprofessional.
The oil change itself was quick, but the customer service was terrible.
This is something they really need to improve.
Personally, I would not return.
