    I had an auto repair and was schedule a rental here through my insurance. I really appreciated the rides to and from my auto shop as it was a life saver. The attendants were kind, prompt and helpful. Thanks!

    I would give zero stars if I could. GM Chelsea has poor management skills.Takes no accountability for her lack of communication to her team. Instead she berated me in front of all clients in the lobby after her associate gave a vehicle she promised me to the next guest. She then proceeded to yell at me and kept wanting me to follow her to another room. I first refused however eventually followed. Then she began to tell me she is giving my car away and I can leave. Merry Christmas to me and my family. I have always used this company for rentals. I will not be back after this abuse. It’s very clear that your customer slogans are incorrect and that you do not care about customer service. Customer service was great however could do nothing to assist me into another vehicle. There was no other management to speak too. You need to do better on the escalation process.

    Chelsea, the manager, was absolutely top-notch! I was completely stressed out because my car was in the shop after an accident, and I unfortunately took some of that stress out on her. She had every reason to be short with me—honestly, I would have been—but she wasn’t! She remained professional, patient, and genuinely sympathetic the entire time. I truly hope someone shares this with her and recognizes her for the outstanding service she provided!

    I'm trying to compose myself as I write this review/complaint. Today is 11/24/2025 12:00 P.M. scheduled appointment for car pick up. Confirmation number :1794728764. I have rented with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for years with nothing but excellent customer service and over and beyond attention to detail. Today , was a very different experience to say the least.' I had the unfortunate privilege of working with the Lehigh Acres Florida branch 'manager" Stephen McCarkle. Which is NOT the branch 'manager' like he stated. He is the branch 'Assistant Manager". I did the walk around with my family and my son said "Dad the car is really dirty!!" I asked Stephen to please have the car re-washed that we were not in no rush. Its my sons birthday and we were headed to Disney World for the celebration. I hadn't even sat down in the waiting area before Stephen handed me the keys. I looked at him extremely concerned and asked him If I should wait for a few minutes to give the washing team time to properly wash the vehicle. He replied "No your good to go." I said ok thank you I appreciate you... We walked out to the car dirty as it was when we did the walk thru the first time. I walked back in to let Stephen know that the car was still in the same dirty and filthy state as before. He advised that he had sprayed the car himself and that it was cleaned. I asked him to walk me outside to give it a look and indeed the car was still extremely dirty and filthy. He told me that it was clean. I went a step further to prove my obvious concern. I wiped the dirt off the rims with my hand and asked him if that is what he considers clean. His reply is what really impressed me considering he is the Assistant Manager and all. "I don't know what you want me to do, I have customers inside I need to attend to. Do you want to cancel your rental agreement because Ill gladly give this car to another customer." Please give this gentlemen a hard round of applause!!!!! So here I am , writing this review/complaint with no options given nor solutions offered to fix a very simple problem. A simple problem that has caused my family extreme inconvenience now that we don't have a vehicle to go on our planned and booked family trip to Disney World for my sons 7th birthday. Moreover, its a holiday week and its going to be almost impossible to get a car rental last minute. The sad part is trying to explain to my son that we might not be able to get to Disney today. P.S. Stephen had a branch manager there today , which didn't even have the audacity to step out of her office to mitigate the situation. I guess this is the 'New Standards of Enterprise Rent-A-Car...... PLEASE ADVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!! Better yet AVOID STEPHEN MCCARKLE AND THEIR BRANCH MANAGER ON CALL TODAY 11/24/2025 AT ALL COST. Unfortunately I didn't get the privilege of meeting her...... Please do not judge his colleagues which had nothing to do with his laziness and unprofessionalism........
