- JRJessica RamirezNov 6, 20251.0I’ve been calling the Enterprise in Lehigh Acres for two days straight trying to switch out my rental because the car I was given smells like a complete ashtray, like someone has been smoking in it for 15 years. The odor is unbearable, especially for a non-smoker. When I spoke with Chelsea, she said she would call me back once a replacement was available. That call never came. Now it’s day three, and I’m still stuck driving this smoke-filled car with no follow-up or resolution. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better customer service and cleaner vehicles from Enterprise. Hopefully, management sees this and improves communication and vehicle quality, no one should have to deal with this kind of experience.

Next they didn't have size promised, again tried to upsell. Finally, the smaller car available had to be washed. Leaving the lot saw 3 of size cars they claimed they didn't have. Go ANYWHERE else.

When a policy was explained, my mom expressed frustration and said “this is BS.” No threats, no aggression… just frustration. Instead of handling it professionally, a senior employee jumped in loudly, rudely, and in a threatening manner. The assistant manager tried to calm things down, but branch manager Chelsea escalated it instead of diffusing the situation. No effort to take us aside, listen, or de-escalate, just blame and attitude. Customer service 101: customers can get frustrated. Staff should stay professional, not become hostile. We left feeling disrespected and unsafe. Based on other reviews, this behavior at this branch is not new. Very disappointing. AVOID THIS PLACE.
