  My experience here was horrible ! i am a recent car owner so im still pretty new to maintenance when it comes to cars since i just got my first one, and i explained this to one of the workers and she gave me a hard time. she had glasses, bangs with tattoos on her arms with dirty fingers. allegedly she’s the manager there according to my brother. she literally laughed at me to my face because i was having a hard time understanding what type of oil was good for my car for an oil change. she made it seem like i was incompetent. then it was time for me to pay, she had the screen facing me and the keyboard to her computer right in front of me, and asked me to put my number, and i’m putting it on the keyboard, and she stops me when im already halfway done saying “dude no, on the keypad”…. super unprofessional… how was i supposed to know ? she didn’t tell me + she had the keyboard facing me at my direction. one would assume to type in what’s in front of them. she ended up giving me the wrong oil, because i double checked with my brother (who’s doing my oil change), and he said she gave me the cheap brand. so i came back returned the one she got me, and got the right one. she then gave me attitude saying “its all the same shit, you’re just paying for more, but whatever floats ya boat my dude”…. insanely disrespectful & unprofessional. i never got her name but i described her to my brother, who shops their often, and he said she’s a manager there. i called the store and i think they said her name was trent.

  This store is top notch for helpful employees and customer service . The manager , Lori , went over & beyond to take care of an issue I had with a part I needed, when two other stores failed miserably to help . Thanks Lori for caring , and resolving my issue .

  Manager Lori has a great team of knowledgeable staff. They have what I need in stock when I need it. Very polite and helpful staff. Prices are good as you can get and compared to the advanced auto parts next door it's night and day difference. This store has it all. Great location also and great hours
