Purchased a 2019 Subaru Outback from Villages Subaru on 2/20/2026. Dealing with Tyler (Ismael Torres) the price OUT THE DOOR was $25,000. When I received the paperwork on the loan, I was charged $28,000 for the car plus they added a maintenance service contract on. I went back to the dealership and got the service contract removed. Still out $3,000. Very unethical business practices. Read the reviews and you'll see others that have complained about this dealership. Next problem, after two months, my car is unregistered. They were to register and transfer the plates in MI. Bought car in FL register in MI. FL will not issure more than 2 temporary plates and MI won't register because they have no paperwork on car. I am now driving an unregistered vehicle in MI. My advise, stay away from this dealership, this has been a nightmare from day 1.

I bought a used Ascent at the end of February. It was the quickest, easiest interaction with a dealership I’ve ever had. The GM came out and spoke with me and my husband, he was very kind and personable. I did up having some issues with the veh (again, used car) but everyone I spoke to was super helpful and quick to get it fixed for me. Dennis, Justin, Emily, Lemond- all of them were extremely helpful and friendly. I can’t thank them enough for all their assistance.

If I could give anything less than a one I would. I’ve had this car 2 months and made my first payment at the beginning of march. When I purchased this car, it had a few nicks on it and was promised by the salesman, Lemond, that he would get me touch up paint for it. Never received that. Then when I went to the finance office to sign paperwork, I was told I would need to purchase an extended warranty because this vehicle being used did not have a warranty. So I purchased the warranty and was told it was a bumper to bumper warranty. I went on vacation with my sister in law and parked my car at her house. Came back to find my dashboard like this. Was told by the service department that it was not covered under my warranty because it looked like water damage. They did their testing and determined that water did not get in the car. Then was told that it more than likely would not be covered because it was “cosmetic “ but they would check it out. It’s been a week and all I’ve gotten from them is a request for a survey! Very disappointing that they take advantage of people. P.S. This damage is in between the glass and the instrument panel not on the outside where it can be cleaned up. Can barely see the mileage and the fuel gauge. When I am ready to purchase a “NEW” vehicle, I definitely will not be purchasing from this dealership. **UPDATE** Since posting original review, my issue has been resolved and I couldn’t be more happier. So I am changing my review from a 1 to a 5 star. The repair was covered and Lemond in Sales, made good his promise to get me the touch up paint I needed and was promised. He even made it a point to come out and talk to me and make sure that everything else with the car was to my satisfaction. You, Lemond, are an asset to Villages Subaru. Jason, the service manager, even called me to assure me that it would be fixed and I would not have any expense on my part. Matt, in the service department, was awesome, he remembered me from 2 weeks prior and assured me that the car would me fixed to my satisfaction. He took great care of my car and made sure I was happy with the repair before I left. Thank you for the excellent service and promised kept. In the future when the time is right , I will be calling Lemond to purchase that new car. Thank you to all and I do appreciate what you have done.

I will have to give them 3 stars because after I bought my new car ; there was never any follow up what so ever .Not a phone call, not an e-mail, nothing .its been months now. . They failed to give me the registration with my paper work and had to call and ask for it . I was told it got lost in the mail . I had to go inside the day I picked up the car and ask for a cargo mat that should have been provided with the car . I will go elsewhere in the future.

Villages Subaru is not a reputable dealer. On 02/02 we upgraded a 2025 Forester Limited Hybrid for a 2026 Forester Touring. Villages Subaru sold me a $1147.00 Paint and Fabric warranty on my 2025 Subaru. They told us it was mandatory, yet after the sale when we got the contract it stated that the warranty was definitely not needed for the sale. I requested a refund and was told it was non refundable. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Mike Keegan said the refund was being processed, so BBB dropped the complaint, but the money was not refunded. The Paint and Fabric warranty is only for one year and covers only scratches that do not have exposed undercoating and the dents coverage is only for 4” or less that can be popped out with a bathroom plunger. The fabric coverage does not apply to damage caused by customer, but only normal wear and tear or fabric defect for 1 year which would be covered by your warranty anyway. So this warranty is basically worthless. They still tried to push this warranty when I bought my 2026 Subaru until I showed them the contract from my 2025 purchase. They said they were not aware of the non mandatory clause. The Paint and Fabric is pure bonus profit for the dealer. The same with Vehicle Prep for $1,200 which consists or a car wash and vacuum. Subaru pays dealers a fee for this service when the vehicle is delivered. RJ Robinson, the General Sales Manager sold us a 7 year 100,00 mile Gold Plus Warranty for $3,100, yet we had requested a 7 year 70,000 mile $2,100 policy like we had on our 2025 Subaru. RJ told us that the 70,000 mile warranty was only for used cars, which we found later was false. We have requested a refund and have been told it takes 2 to 3 months, We inquired as to 2 year free free oil changes shown on Subaru Corporate website and were told Villages Subaru did not have a policy for that. Yet on 02/10 RJ sent me an email advertising a special that all new purchases for February that entitled all new car buyers to receive 2 years free oil changes and a Lifetime Warranty. I responded to the email and asked when would we get our 2 year free oil changes and Lifetime Warranty. He answered back that we bought our vehicle on 02/02 and the the Subaru Calendar for January ended on 02/03 , so technically he claims we bought our new car in January and were not eligible. So Subaru has a calendar that is different from the rest of the world? Sounds like a bait and switch plan to lure in new buyers then to be told that the vehicle they bought was not covered for some technicality, since the promotion was never posted on Subaru Corporate or Villages Subaru website. From now on I will go to Subaru in Ocala and not Villages Subaru.
