  Highly recommended. The buying process was easy and low pressure. The sales associate Dylan was very friendly and thorough in going through the key features of my new GV70. The whole experience at Jenkins was pleasant which I can’t say for most of my previous experiences at other dealerships.

  The entire team at Jenkins Genesis were extremely helpful, accommodating, and transparent in our transaction to lease a GV80. We could not be happier with the outcome!! Nicholas, the Sales Manager listened to our needs and went out of his way to insure we were comfortable and understood the process before turning us over to the sales consultant, John Crain. John honored our every request (and more). He worked extremely hard in coordinating all aspects across all departments within Jenkins Genesis to ensure we were very happy and the car delivery was timely. He was spot on in setting up the car systems and teaching us all about the GV80. Talk about customer service!! John also introduced us to Maddie, the Tech Specialist, who was instrumental in getting our new Genesis interacting with our iPhones— no easy feat for us!! This car does EVERYTHING, including the massage!!! We have actually called Maddie several times after the transaction for further tech assistance. She was so happy to help us!!   Even though these days all car dealerships make to much $ off us people Jenkins Genesis of leesburg honestly is the best experience out of any dealerships I have ever dealt with in 40 years of purchasing vehicles!!!

  Extremely Satisfied! I’ve been to many dealerships but I have to say this has been a wonderful experience. Starting from Caitlin the Internet sales manager thru our knowledgeable Sales Rep Thomas. It didn’t end there, we then proceeded with Shawn with financing and the process was flawless and kind no funny business. We ended with the General Manager Juan who congratulated us and had a wonderful conversation. Down to earth kind of guy. Polite, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Staff is top notch. 💯 Excellent Service experience. Get your Genesis from here. The service department is excellent thanks to Staci (Get them from an actual Genesis dealer…Hyundai dealers need to respect the brand) (Had to say that-take note) Jenkins of Leesburg you have my heart!♥️ Enjoying my GV80!!!

  The dealership is extremely comfortable. The staff will greet you and assist you in finding you the right car and at a price point that works for you. We had a great experience, love our new car. A shout out to Juan and Julio as they treated us like family, walking the lot, picking out the right car and walking us thru all the great things Genisis offers. You will not regret the visit.
