  Wonderful experience. Car was in excellent condition snd clean. Staff was professional and friendly. Everything from reserving to getting deposit back went quickly and smoothly. Will definitely be renting again with them.

  Weeks ago we pre-rented an SUV for our spring break road trip with the kids. When we arrived at the Enterprise location in Leesburg, they unfortunately didn’t have the SUV we originally reserved, which put us in a tough spot with no other SUVs available. Then we met Justice, and he completely turned the situation around. He went far above and beyond anything we expected. Justice personally took ownership of the problem, found us the perfect SUV, and even drove us to the dealership to make sure the vehicle would work for our trip. After confirming it was the right one, he drove it back, had the maintenance done, and got it fully detailed in no time. The level of effort and customer service he showed was incredible. I’ve been renting vehicles for years and this was easily the best customer service experience I’ve had in any industry. Enterprise should be very proud to have someone like Justice on their team. His dedication and willingness to step in and solve the problem should absolutely not go unnoticed.
