Brian the manager said he had a different window with a different window which was a lie. They are extremely unprofessional and not willing to hear to help. They came to my house 4 different times with 4 distorted windows and i have proof. When i told them is not safe and that it can cause and accident the other manager jeff took it like a joke and said "i would like to know how". Idk maybe checking the blind spots. duhh

He took the time to explain that the Jeep “Easter egg” would not be present on this replacement and informed me that I had the option to contact my insurance company to request a different glass prior to replacing the windshield. His clear communication and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. The technician was outstanding and clearly understands how much Jeep owners care about their vehicles. He took excellent care of my Jeep and provided exceptional service throughout the process.

Safelite declined to come back or help us determine the problem and advised us to seek help from a collision body shop. (We did and local shop replaced with no additional problems. That shop determined the window was either defective or improperly installed.) Safelite refused to refund any $ — because we went to a third party, which Safelite told us to do. I would give ZERO stars if possible.
