- GCGlenn Carey4 days ago1.0I made the appointment through my insurance, Progressive. After the work was completed I was disappointed with the windshield. 1. Although the car is only two years old the replacement windshield provided by Safelight was an aftermarket replacement, not a Kia replacement. The windshield is distorted causing the heads up display to be missing information. This could not be corrected from the control panel. 2. I will be requesting that this windshield be replaced and notifying Progressive that I am dissatisfied with the process.

A few hours after I booked my appointment I received a call to say there were no appointments available for that day. I was able to get an appointment for a few days later which was a bit inconvenient for me since I was traveling from New York. When I did bring my car in to get the windshield replaced the technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and he got me on my way very quickly.

Nick was extremely careful during the replacement process, he cleaned up everything when finished and recalibrated my advanced camera detection system. Nick was great, didn't mind my questions, was respectful, friendly and very professional and careful during the installation. Thank you Safelite, and THANKS for sending Nick. I absolutely recommend your service.👍👍

It's much more clear and more tinted. Also I didn't know this but they put trim on my other windows as well which was a bonus because mine were so old and rotted and dried out makes the car look much nicer. Lifetime warranty and great experience overall!
