- DGDiana GA5 days ago1.0The costumer service here is awful, I don’t know how this company train their employees, but I’m a dealer and have years coming here ( used to have membership ) , every single time I tell them which service I want, they are pushing me to upgrade what I just tell them I want, “is their job” or wherever but is a annoying and frustrating, and their hypocrisy as when I approach to the line to pay they ask “how are you, how is your day?” etc but after I deny the extra services they want me to buy, I say: ok thank you, they don’t even reply back as they get mad I’m not buying all what they are pushing me into? And not even a thank you or have a nice day .. I’ll go give my business to Mr Clean car wash ..
