Progressive Insurance recommended this shop, but after 21 days of repairs, my vehicle was returned in unsafe and unfinished condition. A dealership inspection revealed that the shop welded together a two-piece exhaust system that should never have been welded, causing misalignment and noise. They also left under-body panels hanging and broken, failed to reinstall hardware, and left a wire hanging freely. The dealership had to undo and replace the poor repair work using proper OEM parts. This was not just sloppy -- it was incorrect, unsafe, and far below professional standards. I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop to anyone.
