I was pleasantly pleased with the way my salesman Brain Smith handled my shopping experience at Hyundai.
He was so accommodating and used great patience in learning exactly what our specific interest in purchasing a new vehicle was while offering us the opportunity to test drive various trim levels.
We ultimately purchased the Palisade Calligraphy, special thanks to Tom, Sales Manager,
for his suggestion to try the new hybrid version which we ultimately decided to buy.

My husband and I had a very positive experience buying our new Tucson Hyundai from Jenkins in Leesburg. Our salesman, Bechir, was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. Had a really good and not so good experience with this dealership, first of let me talk about the good, JJ our salesman went above and beyond to help with our purchase, from listening to every detail of what we were looking for and being very efficient in finding the perfect car for our budget that we gave him to work with! I would highly recommend JJ as a salesman for anyone looking to buy a car from Jenkins.
Now let me tell you about the not so good experience. Midway through talking with JJ there was another customer across from us trading in her car which was similar to what we were already looking at but with more miles and not a hybrid, so David Benderman the salesman working with that customer came over almost bullying JJ out of the way to tell us all about the car that his customer was trading in that it was the same car just higher mileage, so we agreed to look at this said car which right away we seen it was not hybrid and was not the car we were interested in. After returning back inside to look for JJ, David was on us trying to work a deal on his customers car and not listening to a word I was telling him, he was very pushy trying to tell me how much my payment would be with x amount of dollars down and trying to get me to sign a document agreeing to the payment price which by the way he said wasn't binding which it wasn't but thats not the point of this whole post, we were working with 1 person then all of a sudden now we have a new salesman because he was trying to score a deal to pad his wallet. I get it this is the typical car salesman attitude but sometimes you just need to listen to the customer!
Needless to say we went back the next day because JJ was able to make the numbers work for us and listened to what we were wanting, we ended up taking home the car that he showed us in the beginning of all of this.
So thank you JJ for being a great salesman, moving forward I will give my recommendations for friends and family to come see you!

Ellos lo que quieren es venderte y si tienes algún problema te quieren robar en el servicio ,compramos un carro con mi esposa el vendedor muy bien los del servicio bien pero el carro desde la compra tenía algunos problemas que dijeron arreglarían y otros aparecían como ya hechos en el carfax pero no era así total el carro se quedó sin aceite de un momento a otro por qué se pensaba que habían solucionado el loqueo pero no . Lo llevó al dealer y me quieren cobrar por el arreglo 1100 dólares por un gasket que cuesta 10 dólares y se cambia el 30 min como mucho les digo que eso no es culpa nuestra y un manager dice paguen el 50 por ciento serían casi 600 están locos les pedí de favor lo remplacen por qué tenía mucha fuga de aceite y el mánager se iso el idiota y ordenó devolver el carro o que si quería comprara otro , la verdad esto me parece estafa aunque uno compre un carro usado en un dealer por eso se hace mantenimiento y muestran un carfax para uno ver si el carro a sido cuidado y pagar 35 mil dólares por algo que no vale no es así creo el motor se recalentó y está fallando se perdió todo por un maldito engaño de una asistente que dijo que todo se había arreglado y chequeado del carro ahora estoy con un carro casi fundido “” y parkeado asta poder reparar .mal review al tipo que me atendió hoy como manager 02/03/2026 en hyundai leesburg nunca volveremos a ese dealer y no vallan .!!!
