Enterprise is typically my go-to for all my travel needs. My first rental, they upgraded me at no charge because my vehicle class wasn’t available. I had a brand new 2026 Jeep Runicon and kept it for 2 weeks. I ended up trading it in for a Rav-4, (since I’m too short to get in and out of the Jeep) which they switched me out in less than 10 minutes with no hassle. I was traveling over the Thanksgiving holiday and I asked if I could drop it off at MCO before my flight instead of Leesburg. Without going into details on a long story, all I can say is that JUSTICE (Leesburg) and MELISSA (MCO Airport) were absolutely exceptional. The flexibility and customer-driven service I received were top notch. Being in the hospitality industry, I notice when a customer is given world-class experience. I received a follow up call on my voicemail from JUSTICE after I dropped off my rental to confirm everything went great. Justice & Melissa and the entire team at both locations were beyond exceptional. Many thanks for being so awesome and treating your customers with such excellence. Hands down, Enterprise has won me over as a loyal customer. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
