  I went to autozone today for a battery , and yes it was cold but as their job I’m pretty sure they were suppose to help me put my battery in my car . Horrible customer service , I’ll never come to this location again . Specially as a female .

  I usually enjoy going to this location because the people here ate very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable people. Tonight, 2 minutes ago, was not that night. I know as a women a lot of men don't think we know what we're talking about when it comes to cars, not me...! Whatever the two gentlemen names were i have no idea, but they need to learn that there are women out there who knows what they're doing. I came in and asked if I could bring in 2 alternator for store credit (the core) they said no due to it not being bought from here. Thats totally fine I understand, but when I asked if they knew a good place to go..they laughed and said "uh...the junk yard". Like duh the junk yard what's the closest one from here. I let it slide, then it comes to me making my purchase. The gentleman checking me out looked at me, looked at the oil I was purchasing, then looked at me again like I was stupid. "Are you sure this is the right oil, are you really sure?" Um yes im sure I wouldn't have gotten it if I wasn't I would've asked if I wasn't. At this point o felt really disrespected and will from now on go to the competition because I have never been treated like this there. Shameful...tell them to do better and get cultured.

  So helpful! I showed up when they opened at 7:30am with a dead battery in my boat. They helped checked the charge and install the new one.

  Terribly slow service!!! I went to this AutoZone location on a weekday afternoon to quickly make a return and stood in line for 15 minutes along with 3 other customers. At the time, two employees were installing a battery outside, and two other employees seemed to be working on computers (internet orders?). Each employee walked by us several times, but no one assisted us; very frustrating. Finally, the battery installation was completed, and someone started to help us.
