I know this because I called was on hold for almost 15 minutes and I was already headed that way and I pulled up the guy is outside smoking a cigarette and the other two were in the back and when I confronted him he said no one was on hold then showed him my phone how it’s still on hold he denied me having the right phone number so I hung up called again and there lines rang . This is not the first time this has been going on for years with this location . Luis with all the gold necklaces was the guy supposed to be a retail parts pro .
