- MDMiranda DicksonAug 2, 20251.0HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB!! i went to this store on thursday july 31st, my boyfriend called to confirm a part was in stock at the store and they told him it was, when we got there, we were with a lady cashier(brown hair) she was super unprofessional and had a vape right in front of us on the counter, when she started talking to us and she showed us the part we called about and it was the completely wrong thing. as she was looking for the part she had answered her own phone (not the stores) and started talking to her friend and having a conversation instead of giving her full attention on trying to find the part. we were taking a couple minutes to find the part online to show her and she told her friend on the phone “i have customers infront of me, if they don’t hurry up i will have to call you back” so us trying to find a part number was an inconvenience for her to talk on her phone to her friend?? we took our business elsewhere because that was disrespectful and that is not how you do a job, people have bad days i understand that but to completely act like you have no clue how to do your job is not right.
