  JJ and the entire crew at Mavis are the real MVPs. I brought a new tire and one of the wheels off my car that had a blown out tire to them to just do an easy swap, old tire off and new tire on. They got it done quick and easy, and JJ loaded it back into the truck for me. I appreciate all yall big time, and would highly recommend to others.

  I just left the Mavis Tires and Brakes in Lecanto, FL. I was there for an 11:00am wheel alignment appointment, at 11:35am my truck was still sitting in the same spot I parked at when I arrived. Why do you have appointments? I understand 10-15 mins late but 35 minutes and nothing. You do not value your customers time. I won't use them again there are too many options.

  I paid them $4000 after taking my vehicle up there for a front t end inspection because of noise I kept hearing. They talked me into $4000 with of work I thought I was only going to have to pay hundreds for. After they "fixed it" the noise is worse so I brought it back and they are trying to say it's something else broken now and want another $1800. Don't be fooled by their 5 stars they get by telling people they will give them "a deal if they give them a 5 start review"

  I am honestly at a loss for words for how appreciative I am of this shop. I first brought my Jeep to Mavis in Lecanto after another shop completely botched a repair, leaving me worried about my safety. Steven and the crew didn't just fix the mistakes; they earned my total respect by making sure my vehicle was operating exactly as it should. What truly sets them apart is their unmatched integrity. I’ve had my vehicle in their bay multiple times for various inspections and 'odds and ends'—from replacing lug nuts to installing hub-centric rings. They have put in hours of manual labor to ensure everything was perfect, and their main priority was always making sure the job was done right and that I was safe. They are incredibly honest; if a repair isn't necessary, they’ll tell you straight up. They value long-term trust over a quick buck. It is so rare to find a team this dedicated, professional, and transparent. Their communication is excellent, and they consistently go above and beyond for their customers. If you want a shop that treats you like a person and not just an invoice, go see Steven and the team at Mavis.

  I had a really rough week, and the last thing I needed was a flat tire—but the team at Mavis truly turned my day around. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. JJ and Buddy especially went out of their way to check in with me multiple times and make sure I was okay throughout the whole process. They didn’t just fix my tire—they made a stressful situation feel manageable and honestly a lot less overwhelming. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, and that means a lot. Because of that, they’ve absolutely earned my business long term. I’ll definitely be coming back. I’m so grateful for their help and kindness. Highly this location!
