  They sre the absolute worse rip off company. Stay far far away. Tires pre orderd, dropped off truck, they never ordered the tires. Now my family's vacation is and prepaid reservations are lost because of there total incompetence. There's plenty of honest shops,stay away. I loved their response. I called your corporate office and got zero help, they transfered me to tire sales, but dis file a complaint, again zero help. Then the district manager left me a vm, I called back and got send to voice mail, now.ovee 24 he's later and nothing, zero. If you wanted to help.you would have called me. If anyone cared about there staff continuing to lie and bait and switch tactics then you would have already reached me for a resolution. I am planning many many posts, people need to know how you operate. Do right by people or don't, youe choice!

  The Team as a whole was great, in town visiting my family and i needed an oil, change and tire rotation before traveling to NY. I called to schedule an appt and Chris welcomed me to drop off anytime, Christian then assisted me the next day and was very professional and hospitable. JJ called a few hours and let me know my vehicle was ready. The whole team there at Mavis Lecanto is amazing and they should be commended as such. I never have issues when getting service at this location and are competitively priced. Thank you!

  Such a horrible experience. I made an appointment for 11am and I got there at 10:30am. They told me there was 20 cars ahead of me and the wait time would be 1-1.5 hours. I didn't cause a problem even though I made my appointment time for 11. So 12:30 came around and my car still wasn't touched. I then reminded them my appointment was at 11. He then said my car was next. That was a lie because I seen 2 cars get pulled in after that. Finally they get to my car at 1pm. They had 5 guys looking at my car and then to tell me that they can not do my tires because of my type of rims. Why wouldn't they tell me that when I ordered the tires 2 days ahead or even when I came in and they looked at my car when they got my license plate number. But they did not. It was very unprofessional and I will definitely spread the word about my experience. I also had to pay for a $25 deposit to get my appointment made. And of course that is a 4-5 business day refund time. This was all at the mavis tires and brakes in Lecanto

  Brought my Honda Accord in for an oil change, and they were able to discern that my vehicle's rear tie rods were in awful shape. In my experience, shops sometimes only check the front, so their attention to monitoring the rear suspension was welcome. We worked out what needed work, but the day after, I noticed the alignment of the steering wheel was off. After bringing it back (on a Sunday, no less, which I am not used to an automotive shop being available on), they explained the error and serviced my vehicle at no extra cost. Everyone in the shop is incredibly genuine, and they remember names and faces. Their reviews were already impressive, and I am happy to to add another top-notch option in their favor. Mavis will be my new, go-to stop for my vehicle's health from now on.

  I was caught in a pickle. Got some new tires and rims for my Porsche. The jack point on the passenger front tire was all messed up. (It’s a rubber block that you put the jack on so it does not damage the frame of the car) it was very worn and not stable. So I went to mavis tire and breaks. I was gonna go to the mom and pops tire place but did not trust them for this job. It’s a relatively new building in my area. The not a few years old. (I heard from a very good friend that they were an excellent place to work with. And he was right). Took me right in and was done fast. The tech even cleaned my caliper way better than I did on the other tires. And the best part. The price was right. They did not over charge me for the work that was done. I would highly recommend them for your break and tire needs. No bs from them.
