  First time at Express Oil Change and they did not disappoint! Travis was awesome to work with and kept me informed the entire time. Was in and out in right around 15 minutes. Will definitely be coming here again.

  This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in my life, and not just among automotive businesses. Travis, Vince, Adam, and Jimmy all worked on my car. I had a problem, namely the dipstick handle had broken off and the dipstick was stuck in the tube. I tried to get it out myself by drilling into it and screwing a screw in there to help pull it out but after about an hour I gave up. I had 3 different auto parts guys give it a go (I was there for other reasons) over the past couple weeks and no one could get it. One of the guys here tried it and had no luck. Enter Jimmy, the elder statesman of the group that day. Dude comes in like Mr Miyagi and has that dipstick out within 20 minutes with whatever voodoo he used. Amazing. Then I had a different issue. Drain plug was spinning and not catching the threads. Threads on the pan were baked. I had take 5 tell me this before but they always Jerry rigged it to make it hold up. They told me I would need to get it replaced. Not the Express group, though. They used a re-threading tool to rethread my pan threads and it worked like a charm. All in all it was a great customer service experience. I'll be bringing my daughter's car in soon, as well. Great bunch of guys who know what they're doing, and they did it all for a very reasonable price. Thanks, guys.

  My husband brought his truck here to get his breaks fixed and all of the employees were super kind and helpful. Mike went out of his way to help us. We really weren’t in the financial position to have to get his breaks done but they helped us make it as cost effective as possible and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend!!!

  M & M Mike and Matt, made my first experience at Express Oil and change a wonderful experience, i went to another oil and express and they quoted me 1 hr and 1/2 . I decided to give Express a chance and they knocked it out the park, I was out in under 15-20 minutes, they were professional courteous and the maintenance they recommended was spot on. I will be returning and referring my friends and family!!!

  two young men were out there ready to help me guided me to where I needed to go guided my car into the oil garage they were both very helpful knowledgeable had a great sense of humor and did a great job changing the oil checking everything under the hood blinkers wipers brake lights all that sort of stuff and check it all out which I appreciate it.Financially they gave me a coupon which was great great!!! and I would definitely will be going back there I do need a few things that financially I need to prepare for but they showed me but I needed to get changed. They didn't just tell me they showed me. One of the young men's name was Travis and I really do not know the other kids name but he was a sweetheart also very very nice and I will definitely be going back there... Welcome to the neighborhood 😊👍
