    Made a reservation a few weeks before I had to make a trip to pick up a friend. Thought I had everything in order so when I got out of work I can head straight there before 6. Got there and realized I did not have my ID 🤯 Next best thing was to just come back in the am at 7am. Long story short found my ID meet my brother to pick it up and ran back even though I knew it was closed..well thanks to Jeremy he was nice enough to still let us in even though it was after hours and did everything he could do to still put me in a car so I can still make my plans happen as intended. I definitely know who I can call next time I need a rental. Thank you!

    I always have a good experience when I rent a vehicle from Enterprise. I have rented from 2 locations so far and I would say I was kind of taken advantage by one of the representatives at the Lauderdale Lakes location and I felt I was ripped off but other than that, I have had a good experience with Jordan at the Lauderhill location on University Dr. And I feel like the prices are sometimes too high, especially since I am a PLUS member. COME DOWN ON THE PRICES, PLEASE!!!
