Almost got into an accident! I had to not only change the tire but switch the vehicle the next morning at another location near my home. It was very unsafe and inconvenient. Don’t bother going to this location, their staff have attitudes. Gaby was great tho.

Oh and the car was dirty! The front window looked like they cleaned it with a dirty towel. The windows were all dirty period. The passenger seat dirty. Overall do yourself a favor and look somewhere else for better service.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless and stress-free. When I requested a car wash prior to re-renting, they were more than happy to accommodate my request, which I greatly appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in both their service and the customer experience. I highly recommend this location and specifically commend Jeremy and Tajae for going above and beyond. I’ll absolutely continue renting here in the future!
