Don’t advertise clearance prices if you’re not willing to sell them to customers, online and in-store. It’s a damn joke and false advertising. Get your clearance items off the floor and website then. Also had to place an order for something else and literally had to walk them through how to do it. Is there no training here?!

He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Glen took the time to clean the acid off my battery terminal and helped replace a bad battery, making what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. The level of attention and care he provided was truly above and beyond — honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at an auto parts store. It’s rare to find someone so willing to help and ensure everything is done correctly. If you have any questions or need assistance, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Glen. You’ll be in great hands.
