  This is the 2nd time I have rented from enterprise truck rentals. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable and friendly. However I was most disappointed to be charged $33 for fueling when I only did 18 miles. The math is surely wrong as they charge $5.50 per gallon. That means the truck does 3.2 miles to the gallon. I need a partial refund don’t you think?

  I went there to pick up a pickup truck on 6/25/25 and had the worst experience I’ve ever had from over 20 years of renting vehicles from Enterprise. After getting my credit card and driver’s license, Tanisha asked me for a utility bill to prove that’s my address. Who walks around with a copy of a utility bill? I went to Broward County Property records and showed her my name on the house deed and my state of Florida driver’s license and they both had the same address, she still didn’t want to rent the truck to me without a utility bill. It was only after my son came into the office and showed his drivers license with the same address on it that she rented me the truck, but she needed 3 references with their phone numbers too. I will NEVER go back to this location!!!
