Once there, Lea stepped in and got us out and on the road very quickly, which was genuinely appreciated and helped turn the situation around. That said, this is now the third time I’ve been given a car with a random amount of gas instead of a full tank, which makes returning the vehicle slightly more complicated than it needs to be.

I actually called them and confirmed my reservation so they had to know I was coming. Once I came to pick up the rental, he then said he would assist in rebooking me but failed to honor my same reservation details. All I wanted to do was go and enjoy thanksgiving with my family and have reliable transportation while doing so. I called and spoke with him about the charges giving him the benefit of the doubt AND the opportunity to fix it since he should not have cancelled it without confirming that I no longer needed the reservation. Waited a week and nothing. No call, no email. I came to the branch and he defended what he charged me then double down and charge me for fuel and other things. I have pictures showing the tank was full upon return. Now I’m dealing with the corporate office and the frustration of it all. Please be careful with choosing this branch. I’ve never had an issue with enterprise before until this.. he literally couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction
