I’m a Canadian & rent from this location every time I come to Florida. In the past, service was always good but this time I must say Jervis went over & beyond expectations. Last month I had mistakenly booked from the wrong location when I did my reservation on line. So when I arrived Jervis informed me that I had no reservation at this location. After verifying on both our ends we realized I booked at another location close by. I was willing to go to that location seeing that my vehicle was waiting for me there. At this location not only was the office full of people, & very busy but he had already told me he was all sold out. Then he insisted I stayed & reassured he’d get me into an USV , as I had reserved , within 30 min. And as promised, 24 minutes later , i was off with a Santa Fe! Thank you Jervis! I’ll be back soon!

This is the worst Enterprise in the state of Florida and in the United States. Waited over an hour today around 4pm for no reason at all. There were people that arrived after me and were serviced before. Makes absolutely no sense. Horrible service. Will not be returning.

Enterprise is a great company. I would recommend anyone to rent a vehicle from them. Very great prices weekly, especially in these times I will always give this business A 10

I’m a business owner. I run companies. I deal with contracts, insurance, operations, and risk every single day. What happened here is not “unfortunate.” It’s negligent. Enterprise sold me a vehicle that didn’t even last six months before the engine completely blew & failed. Before that happened, I took the car to a mechanic three separate times trying to address obvious issues. I didn’t abuse the vehicle. I didn’t ignore warning signs. I tried to prevent the failure. I paid a down payment. I paid insurance through Assurant. I followed the process exactly as it was presented. The outcome? A $30,000 engine replacement. And the moment the engine failed, the mask came off. Enterprise blamed the mechanic. The mechanic blamed insurance. Assurant deflected responsibility. Everyone suddenly became unavailable, unhelpful, and uninterested—except when it came time to tell me what I should have done differently after the fact. I was escalated to “upper management” only to be told that I “should have gone to a Land Rover dealership.” That expectation was never disclosed at the time of sale. Not verbally. Not in writing. Not once. Funny how requirements appear only when a company needs an excuse to avoid responsibility. Enterprise loves to claim their vehicles are “properly inspected.” That claim is meaningless. A vehicle that requires a $30,000 engine replacement in under six months was either never inspected properly or knowingly sold with serious issues. Either option is unacceptable. What was inspected carefully was how fast they could rush me through paperwork, collect money, and finalize the sale. After that, accountability vanished. As a business owner, I know exactly what this is: a broken system that prioritizes closing deals over standing behind them. When something goes wrong, the customer is left alone while corporations hide behind fine print, finger-pointing, and silence. This was a lemon, and the way it was handled is worse than the mechanical failure itself. I will never buy a vehicle from Enterprise again, and I strongly warn anyone considering it to think twice. If you believe their inspections, warranties, or verbal assurances will protect you—they won’t. A company that takes your money but disappears when the product fails deserves public scrutiny. Consumers deserve transparency, accountability, and honesty—none of which were present here.

I rented a car from here to have the week of my daughter's wedding. Unfortunately the day before it died in my driveway! Enterprise waabkknd enough to send a tow and offer a new car right away. No questions asked and they were very apologetic and understanding. I ended up not having time to go back to get the new car (wedding day!) so they refunded me the days that weren't used. Definitely coming back here.
