The two gentlemen working at that time were attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable. They assisted me promptly and made the rental process smooth and stress-free. I did state it was not stated you will be charged additional day when return vehicle after hours and was knowing i didn't have the car sense the morning they opened and he did not want to check the cameras with the vehicle being returned. I would never rent a car there again. Plus he didn't give any good customer service. Stated repeatedly im to be charged mo matter what full rate and have no way to verify. Lies horrible I wish I could put 0 for rating @enterprise @corporate @ customerservicebilling Also the bumper was lose Altima Nissan hanging not even up to par.

Jarvis was the person I spoke with about the charge and didn't seem to care because they applied an employee benefit to the rental. I'll never use this location again. My last rental was full of roaches and when I mention it they only offered an apology, like that helped.
