An employee (a Jamaican man with twists in his hair; I do not know his name) installed a new battery in my Mercedes and then charged me a $15 installation fee. I later found out that AutoZone does not charge an installation fee and supposed be FREE which raises serious concerns about how many customers may be getting scammed. To make matters worse, I then discovered that the employee installed the wrong battery in my vehicle. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, Shakaira, she appeared aware of the situation and showed little concern. I immediately requested and received a refund and had the correct battery installed, but the overall experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. Due to this incident, I will never return to this location and believe this issue should be investigated.

I’m not sure this guys name but he seem Jamaican and has short dread like twists. He normally wears a grey shirt and drive one of your company pick up trucks.. The guy is rude and disrespectful towards me and my son. It’s not fair as a paying customer I have to continue to have this poor experience because of one guy with a poor attitude. I wanted to inform management of his behavior before I hurt the young man seriously!!
